Origin: Japan A very long long time ago a lost cat was going around the village trying to find food for himself but he was very lost. He came across a temple and meowed at the door. A monk came at the door and smiled at him. The monk then picked up the cat and said "i will name you Tama, lucky cat."
The monk loved Tama and so did Tama the cat. Tama would protect the monk from rats eating the food they also lived in a poor condition. One day it was raining horribly and Tama the cat went outside. The monk saw Tama go outside "come back inside or you will die!" the monk cried but Tama did not listen and went away.
Tama went on a tall surface and spotted a samurai on his steed. The samurai looked like he needed shelter so he stayed under a sakura tree because of the rain. Tama then welcomed the samurai by raising his paw. "are you beckoning me cat?" He asked while looking amused.
Suddenly there was thunder coming down the mountain. The warlord came a bit closer to Tama the cat, and then as if Rajin the god of thunder shouted a command to his lighting demon Raju.
The demon then appeared and Tama and the demon fought. After some time the sakura tree fell and the samurai saved the horse. The cat saves the samurai and the samurai thanks Tama.
