First journey to SEP1 Videos of micro-teaching &amp; ice-breaking activities 2.3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Learning Environment 2.3.1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and maintain a supportive and safe environment for all.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In my third school experience, I was able to write inquiry lesson plans. In these lesson plans I wrote my expectations about the inquiry, I wrote strategies, assessment tools, and many other details about the topic. Also, there is a section where I could write a summary of the changed learning situation after the inquiry. Those three lesson plans helped me organize my work as a teacher and as a researcher. They also helped me follow up on my students’ progress while applying the gallery walk strategy. In the end, I would like to say that planning helped me improve as a professional teacher. It raised my confidence, it changed my old way of traditional teaching, and it opened my mind to new ways to assess my students’ work and enhance their learning. Through my journey in this diploma, I did not only improve in terms of planning, but also improved in many aspects such as self-confidence, using technology, writing essays, and giving feedback. &nbsp;
