Lasagna recipe (By Nicolas Castello)

Ingredients
2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic
2 red bell peppers
2 carrots
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
150 g. bacon - 500 g. meat (a mixture of pork and beef)
Lasagna noodles
100 g. grated Parmesan cheese - 100 ml. extra virgin olive oil
1 glass of natural tomato - 1 glass of white wine
Bechamel (just enough to cover the lasagna)

Instructions
Make the sauce with natural tomato, onions, garlic, red bell peppers and carrots
In a large pan heat the olive oil. Cook the beef and pork mixture. Add the glass of white wine. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Boil the lasagna noodles. Once they are ready put them in a baking dish side by side in a single layer
Add the beef and pork mixture. Add some tomato sauce. Repeat the procedure several times.
On top of last layer, add béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

·        4 tomatoes
·        2 sausages
·        500gr spaghetti
·        50gr cheese
·        Olive oil

Procedure

First, chop the tomatoes and sausages
Then, cook them with olive oil for 10 minutes
After that, cook the spaghetti in hot water for 8 minutes
Next, pour the tomato sans sausages on the spaghetti and mix everything.
Finally, add olive oil and cheese.
Now it’s ready to eat!! Yummy!
