About the Illustrator

He is currently nine years old, soon turning ten.

His first drawing, when he was about 2, was a drawing of a rainbow, but turned out to be a scribble 

Some of his favorite things to do are sketching and math above his level.

Hunter likes video games and soccer. And he is athletic. He spends most his time at home playing video games and watching tv.

Charles has two dogs, George and Marshal. They are both black. Charles loves to play video games. He loves to visit his backyard because he has a pool and it is relaxing.

Anna lives in Texas with her dog Norman. She enjoys reading. This year she read the entire Harry Potter series which she considers her favorite book series. Now she is currently reading The Hobbit. One of her reading goals is to read advanced books such as Moby Dick, To Kill a Mockingbird, Hamlet, and many other books she considers fascinating.

Hub likes football and basketball and is in fourth grade.

I love dinosaurs and surfing in California!

Madeline loves spending her summers in California with her family. She lives in Texas but has traveled to California since she was six months old. She loves surfing and dinosaurs. Madeline’s pet dino, Chomp, appears surfing in this picture.

Charlotte is in fourth grade. Her favorite sports are soccer and tumbling. Her favorite food is chocolate. Her favorite animal is a dog. Her dog’s name is Goldie. She’s really cute!

Maddy is 10 years old and she loves to draw. She lives in Texas with her mom, dad, sister, and two dogs Oliver and Lucy. Maddy love giraffes. They are her favorite animal. Maddy is also a great drawer.

Students were given this shape with directions to create something from it. They could rotate, enlarge, or decrease the size of the shape but it had to be in their drawing somewhere. You may have trouble seeing the shape in some of the illustrations but it’s really there somewhere! Enjoy!

Reid lives in Texas, is in fourth grade, and likes to play basketball, golf, football, and soccer.

Livia is in fourth grade and lives in Texas. Livia has a younger brother named Miles. She loves to do dance and soccer. She has two cats named Romeo and Princess. 

Haley is a nice person. She is in fourth grade. She plays electric guitar 🎸 and soccer ⚽️. Haley’s favorite subject is art and she loves it.

Meghan has three awesome pets and an awesome family. She loves ice skating and guinea pigs.
