INGREDIENTS
2 chopped mangoes (sweet ripe mangoes)
2 natural yogurts
3 cups of milk (or water)
5 teaspoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon of powdered nuts (optional)

KITCHEN TOOLS
A knife
A blender
A chopping board
A teaspoon
Some glasses
A measuring cup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Rinse the mangoes and chill them for a few hours. Peel and cube them. This keeps your mango lassi cold after blending.
2. To a blender jar, add mangoes, yogurt, milk (or water) and sugar.
3. Blend until the mango lassi is super smooth. It should be thick yet of pouring consistency.
4. Taste test and add more sugar if you want it sweeter or more milk (or water) if you prefer it thinner.
5. Pour Mango Lassi to serving glasses. If you prefer it colder, refrigerate it for an hour.
6. Garnish with powdered nuts.
