Class spotlight

At Gardens School of Technology Arts, our students feel welcomed by our GSOTA staff members. Our school keeps up with the 21st century and modern times. Our cafeteria lunch is very liked by a lot of students. At GSOTA we are such a loving and welcoming community.

This week we had interviewed Ms Brown who teaches 3rd grade and asked her some questions about her class.

When we asked her what her class has accomplished she said:"They have done amazing on the Christmas projects about world cultures and explained it very well."

When we asked her, "How do you feel about your class? She said ,"I have the greatest kids in the world, the most amazing kids you will ever meet, and they have the best grades in the school."

Lastly we asked her, "If there is one thing you can change about your class, what would it be? She said, "I would make the classroom bigger and add more technology".

Apex Legends is a free to play battle royale hero shooter game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It was released for PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One in February 2019, for Nintendo Switch in March 2021, and for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in March 2022. Apex Legends is a first-person, online multiplayer game published by Electronic Arts and developed by Respawn Entertainment. Set on a distant planet in the aftermath of a galactic war, players take on the role of a characters fighting in huge gladiatorial games for the entertainment of unseen settlers. It takes part in a place called Outlands where both humans and robots are forced to battle it out for victory in the Apex Games. 20 squads of three players are fighting it out in a furious battle for survival.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare first came out October 25, 2019, it's a fun multiplayer game to play, or a solo game, it's about a CIA officer and British SAS forces as they team up with rebels from the fictional Republic of Urzikstan, combating together against Russian Armed Forces who have invaded the country and the Urzik terrorist group Al-Qatala, while searching for a stolen shipment of chlorine gas. And also did you know that 2019's Modern Warfare is a reboot of the series, featuring a younger Cpt. Price, many new faces, and a completely new story. MW takes place in the fictional country of Urzikstan. The story kicks off when a chemical agent is stolen from CIA officer "Alex" by unknown forces.

Mario Kart 8 came out May 29, 2014. since its release, Mario Kart 8 has sold over 8 million units, and is the best-selling Wii U game. Post-release, Mario Kart 8 has received several software updates and downloadable content, including additional characters, courses, and vehicles. Mario Kart 8 is a racing video game, players are able to control characters, there are 36 different playable characters, including 16 default characters and 14 Unlockable Characters. They may also hinder their opponents or improve their performance using power-ups found in item boxes throughout the course.

LittleBigPlanet 3 is a puzzle-platform game developed by Sumo Digital for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 it was first published everywhere on November 18, 2014. LittleBigPlanet 3 is all about creativity. You can not only customize your own levels in different modes of the game, but you can also customize the appearance of your Sackboy with different items and objects that you collect in the game or through DLC costumes that can be purchased in the Playstation store. There's many different choices of games you could play like horror, adventure and fantasy, ect.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, was released on December 7, 2018. The game received reviews on how the game is so entertaining and fun, with some critics calling it the best of the series. Super Smash Bros Ultimate is about a who fights up to eight players (or less) in which characters from Nintendo games and other third party franchises must try to knock each other out of an arena. Smash Bros Ultimate is also known for its unique gameplay objective from traditional fighting games, in that the aim is to increase damage counters and knock opponents off the stage instead of consume life bars.
