All of these students have worked tirelessly to create an informative, fun, and colorful magazine. The purpose of this magazine is to inform the school about important events, but it is also to give students recognition for their achievements.
(And Ms. Axelrad for helping out on the magazine!)
SHOUTOUT
She chose Vinny Cavalcante, and she stated that "Vinny has been working diligently on our latest entrepreneurship business project. He is well behaved and follows my lessons and directions during class." We had a chance to ask Vinny how he feels about this statement, and he stated that he was very proud that he was picked, and that he felt like the "Chosen one."
For this weeks shoutouts we asked 6th-grade Entrepreneur teacher Ms.Mader which student from her class she thinks should be in the GSOTA magazine this week.

Poem of the Week
Mystery
This month we are celebrating so many birthdays! Happy birthday to everyone!
"Somethings we will never know, somethings are best left unknown, Other's are best discovered.

You have to let your unconscious mind decide, history is watching you, mystery is watching you.

You can't escape her, she will always keep you close, like an familiar stranger.

You have the choice to venture into the unknown. You'll take the next step, I can't tell if it's a mistake, yet, a mystery, she always awaits!" - (by: Shantel Tyree)
This week's the poem is called Mystery by Shantel Tyree, a student in 8th grade.
