The temple of heaven is a special altar for emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties to worship heaven, pray for rain and pray for good years. It is a famous ancient building in China. The altar area is round in the north and square in the south, implying "round heaven and place". The whole temple of heaven is divided into two parts: the inner altar and the outer altar. Badaling Great Wall is located at the north entrance of Guangou ancient road, Jundushan, Yanqing District, Beijing. It is a great defense project in ancient China, an important part of the great wall and a pass of the great wall of the Ming Dynasty.

Tiananmen Gate is the main gate of the imperial city of Beijing in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was first built in the 15th year of Yongle of the Ming Dynasty (1417). It was originally named "chengtianmen gate", which means "taking the heaven to start the transportation and being ordered by the heaven". The designer is Kuai Xiang, the imperial architect of the Ming Dynasty.
