Design a catapult for the Christmas presents. They have to land safely. 

Pop a few items in a zip bag and weigh it - this is Santa's sack. Design a sleigh that will hold the weight of his sack.

Use sweets such as Jelly Tots or Wine Gums and toothpicks to build a Christmas tree. Who has the tallest tree?

Create a trap that will catch and hold one Gingerbread man. 

Create your own cookbook and detail all of the wonderful recipes. Can you do this on KeyNote or PowerPoint?

Record a video creating your recipe. Include clear step by step instructions to show people how to make the Christmas treats.

Look at the story starter and finish the story.

Alfie's Top Tips Remember to write in paragraphs. Include how the characters are feeling and what they see, smell and hear. Include an exciting twist in your story. Think carefully about how the story will end.

What are you selling and at what price? What resources will you require and how much will you spend? How much will you need to start?

How are you going to produce your idea?

Who will you need to work with, what school facilities will you need access to, what permissions do you need in place?

How are you going to promote your idea?

How are you going to market your product? Will you use posters, speaking in assembly, promoting it in break time?

Aim for a fundraising total and work out how many things you’d need to sell achieve this e.g. to raise £100, you’ll need to sell 50 cakes at £2 each
