In March 2020 the partnership schools conducted study and workshops on plant and animal cells, the role of photosyntesis, mitosis, microorganisms that feed us, chemistry in the kitchen, the role of composting. Presentation of the activities is following.
GREEK SCIENCE WEEK
CELLS AND PHOTOSYNTHESIS
Pupils from Primary School of Ormilia, Chalkidiki, Greece, in March 2020, studied plant and animal cells, the role of photosynthesis and made some drawings.
Pupils also were informed about some microorganisms that feed us and experienced the role of composting.
COMPOSTING
EXPERIMENTS
Finally, students discovered how chemistry and physics are involved in the kitchen. They also contacted some experiments.
