My teaching philosophy is that
every child is different and requires a challenging educational environment
that encourages growth mentally, physically, psychologically, and socially. My
ambition is to provide an atmosphere in which students can achieve their
greatest potential. I intend to create a safe place for students to express
themselves and take opportunities that arise. Certain essential factors
promote learning. The teacher's responsibility is to guide students.
Students must have access to hands-on learning activities. Students must be
able to make their own judgments and use their curiosity to lead their

individuality of others as well.

  1. Level One: Silent Ninja Mode - This lever indicates complete silence where students are expected to communicate non-verbally or in whispers. It helps create a calm and focused environment during independent work or assessments.
  2. Level Two: Whisper Spy Talk - This lever allows for quiet conversations or whispering. It encourages collaboration in small groups or pairs while maintaining a controlled noise level.
  3. Level Three: Indoor Voice - This lever indicates a moderate voice volume suitable for whole-class discussions or presentations. It promotes active participation and engagement while ensuring everyone's voice is heard.
  4. Level Four: Table Talk - This lever represents a louder voice level, allowing students to engage in group discussions or activities. It encourages teamwork, sharing ideas, and constructive communication.
The visual representation of voice levels helps students understand and follow expectations, leading to a more organized and harmonious learning environment. y clearly indicating appropriate voice levels for specific activities, the Voice Meter minimizes distractions and helps students stay focused on their tasks or lessons.
