Let’s create the first European music band?
Our European partners
It is with this challenge that the Erasmusic + project was born in 2015. A singer Eiffel Tower went around Europe to look for musicians. She found a pineapple guitarist in Oulu (Finland 🇫🇮), a little girl who played the piano in Buitenpost (in the Netherlands 🇳🇱), a bassist in Prague (Czech Republic 🇨🇿) and a lion who played the battery (in Seville Spain 🇪🇸).

During the 3 years of the project, the children had the opportunity to exchange music and songs with their partners, communicate by mail and video-conference. All these materials have been conducive to learning English, as a language of communication, and a few words in the languages of the partner countries.

They also collaborated with a professional artist ABEL (https://www.recre-abel.fr) to write six songs. These songs then traveled to different countries, which then created their own version. Teachers and students from different countries could meet during travel. The last stop was held in Toulon from 12 to 18 May 2019, with the organization of a big concert as a result.

La parole aux coordinateurs du projet
The project brought beautiful unexpected human encounters. It was a lot of inspiration and musical experiences. For me a great opportunity to learn a living language.

Erasmusic has been a great experience together with all five schools. The best thing in the project was the pupils connecting with each other through cards, letters, video conferences and live in project meetings. Music is universal language and it really connected us in many ways. We learned a lot about different cultures, but also shared many very special moments together. Good memories to cherish and hopefully they will get us back together in the future!

The Erasmus project has been very important for our school and for me personally it is the best European project in which we have participated so far. Our students were able to sing songs in the different languages of our partners and had the opportunity to sing together during two concerts. They knew other realities and communicated in other languages. It was wonderful to get the European cultural heritage label for this project. This gave me great motivation for my work, the vision of other educational systems, good and great friends.

Erasmusic fits well with the vision and active style of our school. This corresponds to the goals of the school and how to work in our school. Despite the differences, we worked together and learned from each other. We have expanded our vision of the world, of different cultures, places and relationships that would not have occurred otherwise. These are experiences that will lead to new cross-border adventures in the future.

Refrain :
Hello, Hola,
Goedmorgen, Huomenta
Buenos dias, Dobré ráno
Ahoj
Hallo, Hei hei,
Hyvaa Paiva,
Buenas tardes, Fijne Avond
Salut

Couplet néerlandais :
In Nederland daar zeggen wij
Goedemorgen allemaal
Ik wens jou een hele fijne dag

En als wij naar huis toe gaan
Zeggen wij elkaar gedag
We zien elkaar vast gauw terug, tot ziens.
