Healthy Lifestyle Be active.&nbsp;Exercise is one of the most powerful tools for managing stress and anxiety. Get enough sleep.&nbsp;Cutting back on caffeine, limiting screen time late in the evening, and not participating in physical activity right before bed can help improve sleep. Have some fun.&nbsp;Make time to do things that you enjoy even when you’re busy. Talk it out with a parent, friend or counselor.

Important to remember! We can't eliminate stress from the life of a teen.&nbsp;However, we are here to support your teenager to learn healthy ways to cope with stress in order to prevent it from taking over their life.
