MANTI
Firstly, start kneading a dough in a large bowl and then cover it for a while. Secondly, heat oil in the pan and add chopped onions into the pan. Put a bit of mince mixture for every pieces of the dough. After that, boil them into the saucepan and put them into a serving plate. Finally, prepare the sauce for mantı and pour the tomato sauce over mantı, serve it cool.

Firstly, put olive oil into the pan and add the chopped the onions into the pan. Secondly, add the tomato paste, mint, salt and rice. Next, fry all of them and then add a glass of hot water, Let’s wait for cooking it. After that, open the leaves and put the mixture over the leaf and roll it. You should do this technique for each leaf. Put the stuffe grape leaves into the saucepan. Then, pour the hot water and add the olive oil over the rolls and cook it over the cooker. After 1 hour, it will be ready. Finally, slice the lemons to put them to the stuffed grape leaves, serve it cool.
