The Real Jardín Botánico (Royal Botanical Garden), and the The Crystal Palace at Buen Retiro Park, are some of my favorite places of Madrid Spain. The Crystal Palace at Buen Retiro Park to showcase flora and fauna as part of an exhibition on the Philippines, then a Spanish colony. The signifiacance of The Real Jardín Botánico was that there was a particular interest in the botany of Spain's colonial possessions.

I am Roman Catholic, but I always go to church every Sunday to keep my practice of my religion active. My whole family is Roman Catholic, and so we try to practice every Sunday, whenever we can.

In Spain clothing is very important. Jewelry is very common. Spaniards usually dress up when going out in public. Colorful regional costumes are sometimes worn for festivities. Spaniards are very expressive with what they wear, and they believe that their clothing describes who they are.

Now I'm going to give you a tour of Spain. Just try to get to know Spain. Incase you are going on a trip to Spain someday. You will learn about the history, culture, government, power, and technology and innovations. Well, let's get started on this tour!

Spain is an amazing, beautiful country that gained its independence on December 6, 1978. Spain gained its independence from Mexico and Portugal, and became an independent country off the coast of Europe’s Iberian Peninsula. Now it's home to about 50 million people.

Spain eventually lost their territory, which influenced the beginning with the War of the Spanish Succession, which happened in the 18th century, and continuing through the Napoleonic Wars.
