In December 2021, we participated in a blended mobility activity within the project. Each project activity has its own goal and specific outcomess. During five days, we worked in mixed international teams on the following tasks: creating presentations about the country, city and school connected with their presentation in front of other project partners.Since the project is focused on a healthy lifestyle and its impact on the harmonious development of the child's personality, all activities included discussions and debates with experts on the topic of healthy lifestyles, workshops - tips on healthy recipes and sports activities.
Despite the fact that we participated in the activity only in virtual form, we tried to transfer as much of the project activities as possible to the school.

BUDAPEST - HUNGARY
The second project activity was again dedicated to healthy lifestyle, the use of various applications in the fight against obesity, production of domestic products and all this was interspersed with the scents and flavours of wonderful Hungarian gastronomy, hospitality and rich history.
We experienced 5 wonderful days, filled with experiences
from joint activities, getting to know the Hungarian metropolis and mutual
enrichment. After the initial introduction to each other, presentations of
schools, cities and countries followed. The kahoot application checked our
knowledge about foreign project partners. We were all winners, friendship,
understanding and togetherness won. School tours and mutual visits to classes are always an integral part of educational activities. All the participants were interested in the history and architecture of the host Budapest high school and especially our students in the field of construction. Despite the fact that we come from different corners
of Europe, we use the English language as the main means of communication. Therefore, the host school prepared an experiential English language lesson for us, where together with other Hungarian students, they discussed the topic of Easter. We left Budapest full of impressions, charged with positive energy and eager to continue fulfilling the visions of the project.

In early days of June 2022, our school became the place of venue of the third project meeting of high school partners from Turkey, Italy, France, Latvia and Hungary. A mixture of languages reverberated through the school and its premises became the scene of interesting activities.
School is a place where we learn how to design something beautiful that pleases the eye and caresses the soul, but where we learn to be healthier and happier. Thanks to EU projects, we become better people, learn to accept otherness and respect other cultures and religions. The common language of all of us is the values that result from the goals and ideas of the European Union.
During the week, we experienced many beautiful and unforgettable moments, such as a sports day, a barbecue, a visit to the observatory and the capital of Slovakia Bratislava, dinners spent together showed how different we are and yet we have a lot in common, and last but not least, an adventurous rafting of the Little Danube, which showed the strong team spirit of all of us .

The theme of the 4th educational activity was Happy School and Happy Life. Thanks to this activity, students are able to identify themselves according to body typology, they reveal inherited predispositions that have an impact on their body weight. Certain parts of the educational activity led to learning about family anamnesis and realizing its importance. Many physical activities in the nature made it possible to recognize their influence on human health and condition. During this week, we took walks near Lakes Maggiore and Como, explored the Mediterranean fauna and flora in the Tradate nature reserve, got a peek into the secrets of Italian cuisine and received interesting lessons from the scouts at Camp Dormeletto. The values of the European Union are based on respect, tolerance and respect. We manage to develop these values that make us better Europeans thanks to the projects of the Erasmus+ program. We invest the funds we get from the projects with the aim of helping the young generation to grow cognitively and emotionally, fulfill their dreams and pass on the ideas and visions of European reciprocity.

SLAMPE - LATVIA
The topic of the 5th educational activity was organic foods and their
representation in the compilation of a healthy menu, as well as their
beneficial effect on human health. Another part of the activity was getting to know Latvian culture and the way of life of people in the Baltic Republic. During 5 days, together with the other project partners, we completed a number of interesting activities. On the grounds of the host school, students actively conducted experiments in the chemistry laboratory, where they focused on measuring the calories released by burning chips. At the workshop on organic food, project participants were involved in the preparation of nutritious meals. Sports activities in mixed teams were a great success, as well as an interactive lecture in a local chocolate factory, where students could try hand-made high-quality chocolate, which everyone enjoyed. In addition to the educational activities that were part of the project, we also visited a number of cultural monuments in the capital Riga, we enjoyed a traditional dinner in the castle restaurant according to the customs of the time. We also walked along the coast of the Baltic Sea and enjoyed a walk in the Kemeri National Park, all the while enjoying the beauty of autumn nature. The sixth and last educational activity was aimed at returning to traditions and realizing the causes of a healthy lifestyle and also the reasons that prevent us from doing so. We created a mascot for the project, which also personifies everything essential that a healthy lifestyle means. Each partner contributed a little to its decoration, we passed on the best of our traditions and healthy lifestyle. We added a touch of creativity, a lot of fun, spiced it up with teamwork. The result was the GOAT mascot, which represents what unites us - reverence and respect, the desire to live better and healthier, the will to be an active citizen of Europe and to have real friends. Part of every educational activity is the study of different eating styles. This week was dedicated to the principles of the so-called Swedish diet, which goes back to its Nordic roots and dates back to Viking times. It contains fresh foods such as fish, vegetables, fermented foods and grains. Healthy eating would undoubtedly be ineffective if it was not accompanied by active movement in the fresh air. In our case, it was a walk through the picturesque streets of Lyon, Roanne, to the banks of the Loire River and the breathtaking French countryside. What to add in conclusion? We didn't say goodbye, but au revoir. See you soon, friends.
