Definition
Expressing Obligation is an expression in English which is used to express a necessity or something that you have to do as an obligation.
When we express must in English we can use the words must and have to. The word "must" is used to express something that must be done usually related to rules. "Have to" is a modal verb that is used to indicate what we should do.
The Function
The function of obligation is make people to do something or not to do something. There are strong obligations such as rules and necessities, and weak obligations such as advice.
