The book with no ending

They lived a sheltered, happy existence,

a safe life, protected by the mountains and cliffs around them. They called it &quot;The Valley&quot;.

Ralph needed to rest. He found a luscious forest next to the river he was following.

He landed on the biggest tree he could find. Where was he? What was he going to do?

Meanwhile, morning arrived and Ralph heard something in the bushes. Afraid, he flew away.

Like a rocket Ralph flew across giant oceans, to get away from the noise.

There was safety in numbers. The older, wiser birds knew this.

The birds knew that they had to stay together.

They told stories to the younger birds of the dangers that existed if they wandered outside the boundaries of cliffs.

He wasn&apos;t happy hanging with the other birds. He wanted to explore and have adventures.

But there was one bird who did not listen.

until he arrive at huge plains, full of trees and greenery.

Ralph flew for what seemed to be an entire day,

Before long Ralph couldn&apos;t see his family. The nightly mist had set in and it was getting harder and harder to see where he was going. Ralph was lost,

One day he took off and followed the river away from the protection of the cliffs.

Back in the Valley, the other birds noticed Ralph was gone and started to worry.

They knew that Ralph didn&apos;t like to stay with the flock and how he was young and didn&apos;t know the dangers of the world around him.
