So, you're probably thinking "WHAT IS A TURCREETAH?" Well, a turcreetah is a mix of 3 animals; a turkey, a crowned crane and a cheetah.
Turcreetah are very rare, there are only 39 left in the world. Even though they are rare, they are very easy to identify. Their body is mostly covered in feathers, a long hairy neck leads up to a prominent pointed beak, and finally they have a beautiful array of feathers on their head. A turcreetah's chest and stomach are covered in black feathers and finally, they have a long spotty tail that looks like a cheetah's.
Most turcreetah's habitats are located near streams/rivers. They make a unique nest (it is triangular in shape) at the top of the tallest trees (there are often fights over them!) They do this for two reasons:

1) They are safe from predators

2) They get an excellent view of the river (this is essential for catching fish).
Turcreetah are omnivorous, they eat more or less anything they find lying around on the river bank. They also eat plants like ferns or flowers. However, their favourite food is fish. Their long stalky feet are perfect for catching fish and they have been known to be in the water for over 20 minutes.
As well as being beautiful birds, turcreetah are also very talented. They have amazing skills in the air as well as on the ground. Their air displays have been seen across cities. One of the most amazing encounters was when a squad of RAF fighters were flying home from their mission, when a huge flock of turcreetah flew along beside them. The RAF pilots called them the dolphins of the sky.
