1st Activity-Over & Unders
Emphasis: Teamwork
Task: Transfer 7 balls from one end to the other. Each team must pass/hand ball using over head and under legs. First team to get 7 balls from one end to other receives a point. Try again by going back the other way. Winning team receives 1 star.

2nd Activity-Beat The Ball
Emphasis: Teamwork
Task: One team passes ball around square. Other team passes around outside square. Each time passing team makes it around square using all players=point. If ball hits cone=no point. Team passing around outside square, pass and follows until everyone gets back to their original spot. When all players complete the time is up and teams switch roles. Play 2 rounds. Right foot then left foot. Winning team receives 2 stars

Task: Each team has 6-7 players. One team starts off with 2 defenders inside. If 6 get four completed passes that is = 1 point. If 2 defenders win the ball and get to teammate outside of grid that is = 1 point. Play 45 second rounds then switch. Continue playing until all players have had opportunities to attack and defend equally. Winning team receives 3 stars

Task: Both teams are given a quest of passing the ball behind the back line without being offside. The ball must arrive in endzone before runner. Runner must control ball. Defending team is not allowed behind line. Attacking team can go behind line to build up. Winning team receives 4 stars
