Therapy include:

1.     Individuals who seek therapy have the capability of behaving effectively, even though they may be impacted by negative thoughts and other roadblocks.

2.     There are advantages to a positive focus on solutions and on the future.

3.     There are exceptions to every problem, or times when the problem was absent.

4.     Clients often present only one side of themselves.

5.     No problem is constant and change is always going to occur.

6.     Clients are doing their best to make change happen.

7.     Clients should be trusted to solve their problems.
