Hello. My name is Mrs Ayto and I am the Principal of Reid Street Primary School. I arrived at the school in 2001 and knew as soon as I stepped into the building that I would enjoy working here.
I have undertaken several key roles in my time at RS and have my dream job as Headteacher. I feel blessed to work with such wonderful staff, pupils and the families of the RS community.
At home, I enjoy reading, films and theatre, walks in the countryside, spending time with family and friends and looking after my two cats.
Hi. My name is Mrs Robinson and I feel lucky to be Reid Street School's Director of Business. I work with amazing people who care about each other and the community of the school.
Hi! I am Mrs Robson. I am one of the Vice Principals of Reid Street School. I have worked here for most of my teaching career and feel very much part of the local community. As part of my SENDCo role, I work with a team of people to support pupils and families with the everyday challenges of being a child.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going to places with them. Apart from going on long walks (beaches are my favourite), I do enjoy some retail therapy, holidays in warm climates, going to concerts and gigs, a bar of chocolate and cuddling my pet cat Monty.
You will regularly find me in the ‘Helping Hands Room’ where we offer support to families and children. I am the person to contact (along with your child's class teacher) if ever you have a concern that your child may have a special educational need.
Hi! I’m Mrs Davison and I am lucky to be one of the Vice Principals at Reid Street School. I’m the school’s DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) which means I help protect the health, wellbeing and human rights of all our children, enabling them to hopefully feel safe.
I can mainly be found in The Helping Hands Room where I’m free to chat and offer advice, encouragement and support to all. I’m a good listener so please feel free to contact me with any queries or concerns you may have. I’m the nominated teacher for our forces families too. I love spending time helping people and making a difference when I can.

I am Mrs Hancock. I am KS2 Lead, English Lead and Designated Teacher. I have worked at Reid Street for 17 years and have had many roles in school. I have only ever taught at Reid Street and I cannot imagine working anywhere else; I love the school and the children and families we work with.
As KS2 Lead, I work very closely with staff, children and their families across Key Stage 2 to ensure they all feel part of our wonderful community. One of my favourite subjects to teach is English. I really enjoy learning how to teach children how to read and write to the best of their ability.
I am a confident Spanish speaker and therefore I lead language teaching right across the school.
Hi! I am Miss Bunn and one of the SLT members at Reid Street Primary School. Although I spend most of my time in year 2, I am lucky enough to visit many other classes when supporting trainee teachers at the start of their educational career. I help to organise the placements of trainee teachers from different universities in the area, following different pathways into teaching.

I also organise work placements for students from the local colleges and school experiences from the local secondary schools. I also lead on all of the assessments that take place in school to help pupil make good progress in their learning.
Hi. I am Mrs Jones and I lead the Foundation Stage - the team that welcome children into Reception classes to start their journey through Reid Street School. I have the pleasure of working with a fantastic team and we make sure that pupils have the best possible beginning to school life.
I am a confident Spanish speaker and therefore I lead language teaching right across the school.
I also speak Spanish well, so I support this part of the curriculum in school.
