Hi, my name is Mrs Jones and I lead the Foundation Stage Team. I am lucky to work with the youngest children and to be able to develop good relationships with our new parents each year. I am always proud of the great progress each child makes in their first year at school.
I also lead Languages at Reid Street - my favourite is Spanish. Outside of school, I love to relax with my family and friends. I enjoy visiting Spain to practice my Spanish. My family love holidays on sun drenched beaches - I can relax and read. We also enjoy active holidays in the UK.
Hello! My name is Miss Armstrong and I have been a teacher at Reid Street for 8 years! I am excited to be returning to the Foundation Stage after a year teaching in Year One and a further year on maternity raising my daughter.

I feel very privileged to be able to teach the youngest children in their first year at school. They never fail to amaze me with how much they learn and grow both personally and academically!

I also lead phonics in school where I support children on their reading journey - a very important skill!

My family and I, including my cheeky Labrador Elsie, love spending time walking in the great outdoors. We often visit the Lake District where we are slowly climbing as many Wainwrights as possible. To relax, I like to read.
Hi all, my name is Mrs Shepherd and I'm one of the Reception teachers. I've been at Reid Street since 2009 and have spent the past 8 years teaching Year 1. I am so excited to be coming back to work in Reception - I trained in Early Years and understand how crucial and exciting this stage is for young children. I can't wait to get messy and creative in our play - although I've got my wellies and thermals at the ready too!
I love getting to know each individual child and celebrating their successes and progress - we are going to have so much fun! I'm known for loving a good dress up day (#golarge!) and have been told I have quite a loud laugh!

At home I have two boys called George and Owen who keep me very busy. We enjoy making the most of time we have together as a family and go on lots of days out exploring new places, walking and quite often getting lost! We are a muddy family and love to pull our wellies on and go tromping.

In the very rate moments of 'me' time I get, I like to sew, read and draw. I'm quite a TV and film geek too, but rarely get to watch anything that I choose - and when I do I usually fall asleep!
Hi, my name is Miss Bond. I am a teaching assistant in Foundation Stage and I am also a staff governor. I am passionate about both of my roles and feel privileged to be part of the Reid Street family.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my wonderful family - we love going on adventures together along with our dog Maggie.
My hobbies include reading, baking and crafts. My children often find me cuddled up with a blanket, cup of tea and a book.
Hello! My name is Miss Taylor and I am a Teaching Assistant in Foundation Stage. I am new to Reid Street Primary School and I am loving it! I enjoy helping children in school grow and learn new things, especially when it comes to being creative. I really enjoy arts and crafts!
At home I love to go for long walks with my family, listening to my favourite music and dancing.
