Self-Care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve ones own health. It is anything YOU do to take care of YOURSELF so you can stay physically, mentally, and emotionally well. Its benefits are better physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing. 

Write Your Truth
It is important to share your perspective, tell your story and open up about your experience as we have all been through different challenges. Speaking and writing your truth can set you free and is a major part of your healing journey.

Reversing Negative Self Talk
Negative self talk is any inner dialogue that you have with yourself that may be limiting your ability to believe in yourself.
For example: 'I am going to fail and embarrass myself'
Reversed - 'I am proud of myself for trying, this is what courage looks like'
