We chop the vegetables to a suitable size, put them in a large bowl, add salt, sugar and garlic, mix the vegetables, then place the mixture in the jar. After adding vinegar and water to the jar, we close the lid tightly and wait for it to mature in a dark and cool environment for 15 days.

Oriental Salad
Ingredients:
Method of preparation:
- 2 onions
- 3 eggs
- 500 g olives
- 7 potatoes
- a jar of pickles
- a can of peas
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 10 g of salt
- I boiled the potatoes
- I also boiled eggs separately
- I chopped the olives
- I drained the peas from the juice
- I chopped pickles & onions.After they boiled the eggs and the potatoes,I cut them into medium pieces
- I added all of ingredients in a bowl and added salt & oil

⁃ Half a cup of grated English cucumber - 1 cup of Greek yoghurt ⁃ Half a teaspoon of minced garlic ⁃ 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill ⁃ 1 tablespoon lemon juice ⁃ 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil salt ⁃ Half teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper powder

Prepare The Cucumber Mix cucumber with 12 teaspoon salt and keep aside for 5-6 minutes. Squeeze the cucumber and keep it aside. You can use the liquid to make curries or buttermilk. Make The Dip Whisk yogurt using a wire whisk in a medium mixing bowl until smooth and creamy Add the squeezed cucumber, garlic, dil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well. Check for salt and add more if needed. Refrigerate the dip for 2-3 hours for the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.

First slice the apples after that put it into a blender and add water,add some sugar and if you want you can add some lemon juice. Blend them all and strain the mixture after straining it add 2 cups of water and it's done. Bon appettite.

6 Red Romano or Bell Peppers – roasted, peeled and de-seeded
2 Beef Tomatoes – peeled and de-seeded
1 white onion – finely sliced
Salted Cottage Cheese / Feta
1 tbsp plain Flour
Butter – ¼ stick
Chilli Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Fingers of toasted/stale bread
Sweat the onion in a little olive oil until soft.
Sauté the pepper fillets and tomatoes in Olive oil. Mince with a sharp knife to a course pulp, season and set aside in a colander to cool and drain.
In another pan, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to make a rhue. Crumble in the cheese, and season generously with Salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
