 Zach’s Learning Advance 2022

Include a video of an activity from today (outdoor or evening fun!). 30 seconds or less!

The core competency that I used was communication. We used a lot of this competency because we had to know which logs we wanted to use to make the fort. We definitely spoke a lot to each other, sometimes not using appropriate language ***Ines***. But we made a pretty solid fort in the end.

When I took this photo I was jumping, and also standing still. I was around some of my friends. I think it is a good photos because, I edited it.

In this activity, I used the core competency “creative thinking”. I say that because I had to think and visualize the story in my head. In this activity I used my strengths when I was listening. The stretch for me in this activity came when she read the book because I cannot stay without talking for long. I would talk less while she read the children’s book.  

I learned about the 7 habits. More specifically the first and second ones. I also learned about the meaning behind doing the personal bank account. I learned about my peers by hearing about their pba’s. I also learned about the California trip that happened a wile ago.

While at loon lake, my DI team worked very good together. We all communicated very well and we all worked hard. The one thing that didn’t work was that there was too much noise in the room so we couldn’t concentrate super well. I researched many things about set design and I made a plan to write another song and make a prop. Next time I would start thinking about chord progressions when I was at loon lake.

Because laser tag is fun. It will be against the grade 8’s. We will learn to work together. We will have lots of fun

I think that I will learn how to get along with my peers for multiple days

One place I found amazingly beautiful so far at Loon Lake is the gym because it had a nice basketball court

I didn’t really learn much today. It was a very mellow day in some ways and I like it like that. I played in total 3 hours of basket ball and I feel a bit more confident on the court now. I did learn that Faith has a “Bossy” side and is also not bad at basketball.
