Alternatives, Inc. - an agency that supports and empowers Chicago youth to build safer and more vibrant communities - will train freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to facilitate student-led restorative justice practices. We are eager to enroll student leaders with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Ideal candidates are compassionate, empathetic, and community-minded students. The new students will be supported by long standing student practitioners at JCP.

Participants in the training will be provided a monetary stipend based on the number of hours they engage in training and other activities.
