Hi, so the Google apps and shortcuts that I found super helpful are rewordify and helpbird and then there's a lot of shortcuts

that I found that will really help my students as well as everyone else. So reword, if I simplifies vocabulary, you basically take text

either one word a whole website and you paste it in and it will change the difficult vocabulary. Words into simpler words,

I think this is super helpful for an ell students. It can also help students with comprehension and then the words that they're not sure of can

become learning opportunities, so they can learn the new vocabulary words in something, called The Learning sessions. They can also make have pre-made quizzes

and vocabulary lists and activities and you can chart your process. So I find That to be super helpful, making.

Texts more available for more students. Help bird is an extension. That's great for people with dyslexia visual impairments.

you can navigate the internet and improve focus basically, hmm, you add the extension and then on any website you can change the font.

You can zoom in emphasize links change. The overlay color hide. Images. Use a ruler on the screen, change the background

and font color. You can save different things to notes and there's a change speech to text. So there's a lot of awesome things and it's pretty amazing that

and then some of the shortcuts that I found really helpful

shortcuts are really great way for students to quickly complete a task. And

The most helpful ones I found are taking a partial screenshot signing out of your Google account zooming in on the page or out of the page.

There were so many more shortcuts, but I just chose a few that I thought would actually help my first graders.

Hi, so why I became a teacher. I feel like I've been a teacher my entire life. I used to teach my stuffed animals. I used to ask for Post-its and pens and

all of that for Christmas. I would get dry erase boards for my birthday with markers.

I just always loved teaching anything that I learned to someone else. Even if it was an inanimate object. And then I, when I was nine, my mom became teacher and so,

that was so much more exciting for me. And I got to go into school with her on in the Summers and help her unpack or supplies. And, you know, just

help her out made me really say like, I am going to be a teacher and so throughout school, that was kind of like, I'm going to be a teacher. I'm going to be a teacher

and I never really thought twice about it and just the more that I grew and the more schooling that I went to, it just really seemed like home for me.

Universal Design and learning tools are important. Educating myself about these tools will allow me to be prepared for all types of Learners in my classroom. Although I teach a general education classroom I have students with 504 plans resource room speech and many english-language Learners these tools will help all types of Learners and will allow any learner to walk into my class and have the resources he or she needs.
