Dear Parents and Students,

These days youngsters and adults alike face burnout or physical, mental or emotional exhaustion. This is the byproduct of bad habits like procrastination, which is putting off things until the last minute, and poor eating and sleeping habits. When you become a couch potato, spending too much time on the couch, watching TV, and engaging in other sedentary activities for prolonged periods, you are training your body and brain to become inactive, which can lead to decreased physical and mental health.
We can keep burnout at bay by focusing on one thing to be done. One should avoid multitasking and concentrate on monotasking. Also should eat healthily, exercise properly, have a restoration activity and set a definite bedtime. Incorporating these positive behavioural patterns into your daily routine can reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.

As you flip through the pages of this Newscast, the kaleidoscope of activities in July will be unravelled before you. The activities range from outreach programmes to days of observation and honing research skills through IRCC and MUN. The Commerce and Humanities Fest, Metanoia was conducted on the offline platform for the first time. Our teachers belonging to the Archdiocese have won the Best Teacher Awards. Our students too prove their mettle in the Cultural and Sports Arena.

Hearty Congrats dear ones!

Best Regards,
Suma Paul
