The sun was peeking through the clouds and shone right onto Blueberry Meadow. All the forest animals were gathered in Blueberry Meadow to find the Easter eggs. Oh no! Bear noticed that the Easter Bunny was missing. "Who is going to look for the Easter Bunny," asked Bear. Bear decided he would go look for the Easter Bunny because he was strong and brave.
First, Bear thought he saw the Easter Bunny's white long ears by Blueberry Lake. They, looked like they were sticking out from the blueberry bush.
Aha! Bear thought he found the Easter Bunny, but Bear was fooled again It was just a lily. Bear was disappointed!
Next, Bear went to look for the Easter Bunny at his quaint pink and blue Easter egg house on Carrot Road. Bear was sure he would find the Easter Bunny in his garden eating carrots. Bear raced to the garden, but Bear saw other bunnies eating carrots at the Easter Bunny's house. Where is that Easter Bunny? Bear was upset.
Then, Bear decided to go look in Blueberry Barn. Bear thought he found the Easter Bunny. When he got closer to Blueberry Barn, he was fooled again. It was just an Easter basket laying on Third Street Road. Bear was sure he was going to find the Easter Bunny somewhere around here. Maybe the Easter basket was a clue?
Lastly, Bear raced out of Blueberry Barn and collided with the Easter Bunny! Easter Bunny dropped his supplies that he was carrying. "Bear! What are you doing with my Easter basket? I have been looking for it?" asked the Easter Bunny. Bear explained that he found it laying on the road on the way to Blueberry Barn. There was no one at Blueberry Barn to hide the baskets. The Easter Bunny explained that he went vacation and must of dropped it on his way to his vacation. The Easter Bunny was sorry that he did not hide the baskets. "Come on," the Easter Bunny exclaimed to Bear, "Let's head back to Blueberry Meadow to finish the baskets and hide them. There would be happy children on Easter. . .
