1-Introduction:
when we make a fruit salad we make a mixtures from a small pieces of different fruits and we when make a cup of tea we make a mixtures from tea and sugar

3-mixtures:
are the substances composed of two or more forms of matter. You can separate them by physical methods. Such examples include a mixture of salt and water, a mixture of sugar and water, different gases, air, etc.

1-A homogeneous mixture :in this type we cannot distinguish between its components by our eyes
Ex: Milk and mineral water
2-A heterogeneous mixture :in this type we can distinguish between its components by our eyes
Ex: Mixtures of sand and water , fruit salad

1-Separated easily :
The components of the mixture do not combine together and can be separated easily 
Ex: you can separate the pieces of apple from the fruit salad easily  
2-Keeping properties:
Each component in the mixture keeps its own properties  
Ex: the tomato keeps all its properties (taste ,color)before and after mixing  
3-Mixed by any ratio 
The components in this mixture can be mixed by any ratio 
Ex: you can add the desired amount of sugar in your tea
