Argh
Mucus Blockage

Here on Earth, gravity drains your sinuses. As you produce mucus, it empties through the nose and drains down the throat. (Yes, it does this all day long, you're just not aware of it) When you are without gravity, the gluey stuff piles up, giving you the symptoms of a constant cold with a headache, stuffy nose, loss of a sense of smell and taste. The only relief is to blow but that can hurt the mucus membranes and be very disruptive to your quality of living.

NASA NASA-L Nozzles provide a filter to prevent debris from getting into the nose and provide a way to irrigate the nose in zero gravity.
BONUS- They can help astronuats sleep better, especially if they suffer from sleep apnea or snoring
AND
Space STINKS! The NASA NASA-L Nozzles could help prevent the smell! Astronauts say space has a very distinctive metallic burnt smell. A small scented filter can be inserted that keeps debris and provides a pleasant scent.
