The Children's week in October 2022

Traditionally organized activities at our school and the Children's week celebration took place in October combining different activities. Our Magazine's team tried to cover them all and we'll share with you the best moments we caught.

CHILDREN'S WEEK IN OUR SCHOOL

We celebrated Children's week in 6th grade by doing a workshop on the theme "What does a child need to be happy?".
First we talked about the word ,,happiness" and what it means to students. Then, we watched a small presentation of the topic and wrote about the things we think are necessary for a child to be happy. The part of the work you can see here.

Једнодневни излет

 Удружење биолога Крушевац под покровитељством Града Крушевца и Локалним акционим планом за младе града Крушевца, реализовало је једнодневни едукативни излет за ученике осмог разреда и ученике средњих школа у оквиру пројекта за младе под називом „Науку примени Јастребац нек зелени“.
Овом излету придружили су се ученици 8.разреда наше школе са директорком школе Жаклином Живковић и одељенским старешином, Иваном Јаковљевић.
Ученици су се на излету упознали са околином , обишли природно добро Прокоп и Планинарски дом Србија шуме са расадаником. Такође, присуствовали су предавању„Природне одлике Јастрепца“ и учествовали у радионици „Науку примени – Јастребац нек зелени “ на којој су осликавали платнене торбе које могу бити замена за једнократне пластичне кесе.

Innovative methods in teaching

The teachers of younger students, Dragica Stajkovic, Pavica Vuckovic and Sanja Jovanovic, prepared a group class of serbian language using the innovative methods. The theme of the class was ,,Love" by Aleksije Marjanovic.

ICT tools and Serbian

Our students from 7th grade with their teacher Darko Obradovic did a quiz connected to the topics they learned. The quiz was the way to renew and revise our knowledge and to have fun at the same time.

Project- based learning ,,Famous people"
(Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Diana, Charlie Chaplin, Albert Einstain, Chrostopher Columbus...)

The students from 6th and 8th grades,did a small research on the topic, did presentations using photoes of the Queen and her royal family. It was very interesting as they decided to do ppt (use ICT tools in learning) and to be creative using posters.
