What are you feeling worried about?
If you're not sure, try to make a list of things that are happening to you that you aren't looking forward to. What makes this day more worrying than yesterday? Did you get told off? Are you having a test? Is it a Monday before school starts for the week? Is it Maths next?

Can you do anything about your worry? If yes, think about when you're going to do it. Then, try to forget about it until that time. If not, think about the things that you can control. For example, you can't stop Monday from coming but you could make sure you have a treat in your lunch box and a nice early night before. You could tell an adult how you're feeling. You could talk to a friend or spot all of things that make it a good day.
