What other sources of light can you find?

How did we make these pages? 1. Images were collected from photoforclass.com 2. They were presented using PicCollage. 3. The PicCollage was added to a page in BookCreator. 4. Text and audio was added within BookCreator. 5. Each page was airdropped to one iPad and combined into one digital book.

Here are some examples of FDLT Year 1 students using the interactive features of BookCreator to make vocabulary come to life. Images, text and sound are all working together so that a child can see, read and hear each word. Adding a child friendly definition and an example of the word in a sentence would also be useful. Collecting together groups of words to learn and use in the curriculum is common in many classrooms. Adding interactivity makes them accessible to all.
