Each time I use the bathroom, I will wash my hands with soap and water for 20 seconds, so that I don’t spread germs.

This month for community outreach, we will post locations that provide free ESL services for adults!

The International House of Charlotte

Provides English instruction that is focused on vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing, and features a heavy life-skills component that includes sections on financial literacy, emergency preparedness, and community resources. This program also offers a citizenship class.

Central Piedmont Community College

Provides basic English skills to beginner learners, who are age 16 and up.

Mango Languages, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library

This is a virtual program through the library that offers over 17 ESL/ELL courses, featuring an engaging user interface, voice comparison, fresh design, foreign language films, and cultural anecdotes.
