Fox Facts

LYDIA:  They have pointy black noses and whiskers.

KAYIN:  Foxes live all around the world.  They live in Canada and the northern U.S., including Michigan.

ISABELLA D:  Foxes eat apples, seeds and nuts, rabbits, mice, small animals, birds, grasshoppers, and eggs.

ANNA:  Foxes live in dens that they dig or dens they borrow from other animals.

GUS:  Foxes have orange-red fur and white bellies.

DELANEY:  Foxes dig dens and also holes to bury food for later.

ESTELLA:  Foxes are mammals.  They are related to coyotes and dogs.

HUNTER:  They eat leftovers from the garbage and picnic tables too!

MADISON:  Foxes have a fluffy tail with a white tip.  They wrap up in it to keep warm.

BRYNN:  Foxes use stinky feet to mark their territory.

ISABELLA Y:  Foxes live in cities, in forests, and in meadows.
