The death of Connor’s sister made Connor go on a rampage since the killer hasn't been found. He creates an injection that gives him the power to mind control anybody, only costing him energy. Connor uses this power to control many humans on earth and plans to use them to destroy the planet. Kal, the Cloneman, stops Connor by making him drain all of his energy and throwing him into jail.
