INGREDIENTS:
BATTER:
●     3 chopped carrots
●     The juice of 2 squeezed oranges
●     1/2 cup of oil
●     1 cup of sugar
●     3 cups of flour
●     1 tablespoon of baking powder
CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
●     200 ml of coconut milk
●     7 tablespoons of cocoa powder
●     7 tablespoons of sugar
PREPARATION:
BATTER:
●    In a blender, beat all the wet ingredients except the flour and the baking powder, which should be put in a separate container and mixed with a wooden spoon to batter previously mixed in the blender.
●    Grease a baking pan with oil and sprinkle wheat flour on it.
●    Pour the cake batter, which must be uniform.
●    Preheat the oven in 180ºC for 15 minutes before baking.
●    Bake it for approximately 45 minutes.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
●  In a small pan, mix all the ingredients into small heat. Cook it until it forms a smooth sauce without lumps.
●   Put the sauce aside and pour it over the cake as soon as you take it out of the oven.
INGREDIENTS:
●     1 cup of sugar
●     1/2 cup of flour
●     1 dessertspoon of cinnamon powder
●     1 and 1/2 cup of whole grain oatmeal flakes
●     2 mashed bananas
●     1 beaten egg
●     1 tablespoon butter
●     1 dessertspoon of baking powder
PREPARATION:
●    First, mix all the ingredients by hand.
●    Then, if the dough becomes too soft, gradually add more flour.
●    It is important to know that the dough must be soft enough to be stirred with a spoon.
●    Then, with the help of a spoon, pour the dough gently into a greased and floured tray in cookie shapes, leaving space between them.
●    At this point, it is important to sift each cookie with sugar and cinnamon before taking it to the oven.
●    Next, put the tray in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
●    Finally, while still hot, sieve the cookies again with sugar and cinnamon.
INGREDIENTS:
●     4 egg whites
●     4 tablespoons of sweetener
●     3 egg yolks
●     250g of 70% cocoa powder
●     10 tablespoons of oat flour
●     2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
●     1 teaspoon baking powder
PREPARATION:
●    Melt the chocolate and divide it into two parts, taking care not to burn it.
●    Beat the eggs in the mixer with the sweetener until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
●    Add the cocoa and stir it until it has been well mixed into the eggs and sweetener.
●    Mix half the chocolate and add the flour.
●    Add the baking powder and mix it gently with a spoon.
●    Cover a rectangular shaped tray with parchment paper or grease a baking tray with butter and cocoa powder, and pour the dough in.
●    Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
●    Allow it to cool, cut into squares and serve.
INGREDIENTS:
●     5 avocados
●     5 limes
●     3 onions
●     2 parsley bunches
PREPARATION:
●    Peel the avocados and remove the seeds, and put them in a bowl.
●    Mash the avocados with a fork.
●    Dice extras of your choice, such as tomatoes and onions, and mix with the avocado mash.
●    Season your mixture with olive oil, black pepper, salt, lemon and the seasonings of your choice.
