You can fry or boil your stuffed meatballs. Both are so delicious:)

If you fry it, you can serve with lemon and parsley.

1.5 kilos of&nbsp;meat of&nbsp;lamb meat (arm-back- ribs) 2-3 tomatoes Salt Green pepper Sivas pita

The minced meat is salted overnight. Walnut-sized pieces are cut from the well-kneaded meatballs and a round and thin shape is given with the palms of the hands. You can cook the meatballs on the barbecue fire or in a cast iron pan like me if you do not have a suitable place for the barbecue. It is fried in tomatoes. Meatballs are served on nail pita with tomatoes.

PAPRIKA CHICKEN (Hungarian meal) Ingredients: 2 (about 1.3 kg each) whole fresh chickens, each cut into 4 or 6 pieces 1 tbsp olive oil 2 brown onions, halved, thinly sliced 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 tbsp sweet paprika 4 medium tomatoes, chopped 435ml (1 3/4 cups) liquid stock 90g (1/3 cup) light&nbsp;<a href="https://www.taste.com.au/search-recipes/?q=sour%20cream&amp;ct=recipes">s</a>our cream 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt Instructions Season the&nbsp;chicken&nbsp;with salt and pepper. Heat the&nbsp;oil&nbsp;in a large heavy-based saucepan over medium heat. Cook half the chicken for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a tray lined with paper towel. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Add the&nbsp;onion&nbsp;and&nbsp;garlic&nbsp;to the pan. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Add the&nbsp;paprika. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in&nbsp;tomato&nbsp;and&nbsp;stock. Add the chicken. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 50 minutes. Uncover and simmer for a further 25 minutes. Remove from heat. For sherbet, we mix 3 glasses of sugar, 3 glasses of water, half a teaspoon of lemon salt and boil it, we mix 1 glass of starch with a glass of water in a separate container, mix it well and add it to the boiled sherbet, mix it until it has a solid and transparent consistency, we add walnuts into it and continue to mix the oil paper in the form of a light moisturizing strip we add the sherbet mixture, we wrap it in the form of a roll, add it to the refrigerator and freeze it. Good appetite

BAD ( It is a traditional meal of SİVAS ) Ingredients * two glasses of green lentil * a glass of fine bulgur * a tablespoon tomato and pepper sauce * a teaspoon salt,black pepper,cumin,mint * three leaves of lettuce *a glass of oil *a lemon Recipe * First, Wash the green lentil and cook in a pan 15 mins. * Second, put the sauces and spices in a bowl * Then, add the lentil which you cooked in a bowl and add the fine bulgur * Next, mash the sauce and spices with the water of lentil * After that, mix the all mixture and pay attention the water. *Finally, serve it with grape leaf or lettuce. It is a wonderful taste :) Bon Appetit

-First add oil into a pan, -chop 1 onion and fry them -add a spoon of tomato paste -add pickles -fry them 5 minutes -it is ready :)

Preparation of Sherbet: Put a glass of milk and a glass of sugar in a saucepan, heat it and turn of the heat. Our milk sherbet is ready. Preparation of Helva: Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it. After the butter melts, we add enough flour and start frying. Cook for one hour on low heat, stirring constantly. After the roasting process is finished , we lower the bottom of the pot and pour our milky sherbet slowly and mix it together. We close the bottom of our pot and prepare it to serve. Bon Appetit

RECIPE First mix the warm milk, water, oil, sugar, yeast and leave for 5 minutes. Then add salt and flour to the mixture in a controlled way and knead the dough. Next leave the dough to ferment for 40 minutes After that divide the fermented dough into tangerine-sized balls and roll out them. You can add whatever you want in them leaving a ½ cm border around the outside. Fold the border over the filling and pinch the top and bottom ends together. Finally spread egg yolk on them and bake them preheated oven at 200C for about 15 minutes

Wait until chocolates getting cold and serve with coconut powder, nut or peanut.

RECIPE First cut the heads off. Then clean them well inside and wash them with cold water, drain. Next put them in a plate, sprinkle salt and add corn flour and blend. After that put the oil into a large frying pan. Fry till they turn a red fried colour. Turn halfway through. When they are done, place the fried anchony on a plate. Serve with lemon, onion. SLAMBUC, the Hungarian Shepherd’s Dish Ingredients: 15 dkg smoked bacon 2 medium heads of onions 1 clove garlic 30 dkg lebbencs pasta 60 dkg potatoes 1 paprika 1 tomato salt ground pepper Instructions: 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in its fat. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Then add the finely chopped onion and fry for two more minutes while stirring. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Add the finely chopped garlic as well. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Add the lebbencs pasta and fry the slambuc until the pasta is golden-brown. 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pour enough water to cover the pasta and add the diced potatoes, tomato and paprika. Hello, everyone! Today I'm going to give you a recipe for dry stuffing. We boil pre-dried peppers and eggplants.We set aside the peppers and eggplants that we filter. Now we're going to prepare our internal mortar. First put 3 teaspoon of coffee into the coffee pot next add 2 cups of water then add 2 sugar in it.Put the coffee pot on the oven ,stir it first then wait until it foams.Then put the foams to the cups first then add the coffee. We can serve the Turkish coffee with Turkish delight. Enjoy it.
