Masal and Her Friends’ Secret Book Adventures

Masal gets up very early in the mornings even at weekends. It is a warm spring day. It is a lovely sunny day. She gets dressed. She wears a hooded sweatshirt and goes outside to meet with her friends in the park.
There are a lot of tall trees around the park. When she arrives there, she sees some of her friends, Doruk, Francesco, Matteo, Kristina, Igor, Jade, Dominika and Maxime.
Then, they swing, slide and play on the monkey bar. They all enjoy together.

Suddenly, Masal finds a strange book under the tree but she doesn't explain about to her friends. She decides to read the book but alone. She climbs a tall tree and sits on one of the strongest branches. She can't read the book. Because she does not know this language. She sees a familiar word in the book. It is "pizza."

She knows "pizza" is from Italy. Masal thinks that the book is written in Italian. She wants to know what the book is about but she doesn't understand the language, so she decides to go to school alone and ask her teacher about the contents of the book. The teacher explains that the book is actually a culinary recipe about making a pizza. With this realization, she once again comes back to her friends. When Masal greets them, she finds out that they want to go to a folk festival which is today in their town.

When they get there, they see a huge crowd dancing and singing some folk songs. Some of these people are wearing traditional Polish clothes with colorful and flowery patterns. When they ask someone, he explains that they are Slovakians and currently they are celebrating the coming of spring. That's why some of them pour water on each others. They call it "Śmigus-Dyngus".
