I marked the major crop growing areas on India map and World map.

I give my introduction in Hindi in front of my friends ans enhanced my speaking skill.

I used my self management skills to create a video on Scratch jr.

I did a assessment for learning for subtraction and solved 4 different questions from 4 stations.

I wrote about unprocessed minimally processed and highly processed for 5 types of foods.

Assessment for learning 2nd and 3rd lines of inquiry 

For the assessment I used my critical thinking skills to choose appropriate food items for the given scenarios and give the reasons for choosing them. I also wrote about the method of processing the food.

I attended a guest speaker session about organic farming and reflected using 3-2-1 strategy.

I displayed the learner profile of being reflective as I wrote my understanding of the guest speaker session.

I made a mixmedia landscape using paint and oil pastels.

I displayed the learner profile attribute of knowledgeable as I was able to write about the information on the food packets independently.

I observed the steps of farming and wrote my reflection in the KWL chart.

I chose this unit under the transdisciplinary theme ‘How we organise ourselves’ because it taught me different processes of food.
