Well, then you've found the right book.
In this cook book, we show you how to prepare some incredibly delicious meals.
We – that's students from G8a
at Walther-Rathenau-Gymnasium Schweinfurt, Bavaria, Germany,
who chose to create, edit and publish this book with our English teacher during the school closures due to Corona.

Petulla
Petulla is a speciality in many different countries actually, like Russia, Turkey, Albania,... and many more. We've chosen the Albanian version, where it is eaten for breakfast.
INGREDIANS YOU NEED:
- 10g yeast
- one teaspoon sugar
- 100ml warm water
- 500g flour
- one spoon salt
- 3 spoons greek yogurt
- 200ml warm water
- hot oil
EQUIPMENT:
- 2 bowls
- spoon
- teaspoon
- something to mix
- cooking pot
Step 1:
At first you crumble the yeast in a bowl, then you add the sugar and (100 ml ) water and mix it.

Step 2:
Now you take the second bowl and put the flour in, add some salt and the greek yogurt, and mix it together.
Step 3:
Mix the two bowls together and add (200ml) water, rest one hour.
The last step:
At last you portion the dough, then you take the cooking pot and fry it in hot oil. While frying you can add some salt. Fry it till it’s golden brown.

Cooking time:
40 minutes
Ingredients
Directions
sweet pepper (1 red & 1 yellow), 3-4 carrots, 2 onions,
2-3 cloves of garlic, ginger, coriander
2 cans of coconut milk
other vegetables you like (mushrooms, broccoli, bamboo shoots, ...)

That's it – at least if you want to have it veggie.
If not: Add grilled chicken, beef, pork, shrimps, ...
Cut the vegetables into pieces/slices.

Fry them in some oil. Start with carrots and pepper, then add the other ingredients, garlic and ginger in the end. Then add curry paste.

Add the coconut milk. Let it simmer for some time – it's ready when the vegetable is as you like it. Finish with fresh cut coriander.

Fry some meat or fish of your choice in a separate pan first, 
then just add it to the Thai Curry when it's ready.
