The definition of climate change
In my view, climate change is defined as fluctuations in the climate over a period of time, which could be a decade or tens of thousands of years. Climate can fluctuate regionally or globally, and data are based on changes in average weather indices. Climate is inextricably related to human beings. Malign changes in climate can lead to human vulnerability, and human activities can also affect climate change, with both long-term and short-term effects.
