OBJECTIVES :
The objective of the project: Developing European cultural values for 500 direct participants-students and 500 indirect participants-teachers, parents through cooperation between schools in 4 countries (Turkey, Romania, Poland and Portugal) over a 24-month period.
Our main aim was to help institutions to develop better intervention for social inclusion we have designed the following objectives:
- To raise consciousness of tangible and intangible cultural heritage
- To make a contribution to cultural integration against any kind of discrimination
- To increase the lingual,technological,communicative , interculturel,collaborative abilities of students
- To experience and appreciate different,unfamiliar cultural forms of expression and their relevence in respect of oneself
- To raise democratic citizens who can think universally
- To cooperate internationally
- To create a synergy by encouraging the relationship among students coming from different cultures
- To make students use English more effectively
- To share innovative teaching methods with participant countries
- To promote more active participation in society
- To promote greater understanding and responsibility for social, linguistic and cultural diversity
- To perceive objects,habits and forms other culture
- To compare cultures,appreciate diversity as a value in itself

To reach these objectives methods like drama performances, exhibition, conferences, environmental activities, cultural tours, folk dances and competitions has be held. Besides these organizations, a new approach to problem solving has be applied to see how our differences affect creative thinking and problem solving skills. To see this, "cross-cultural problem solving technique" has be used and its results has be compared and presented to the participants.Students and teachers from the European partner schools has be working on the same tasks and problems.
Our participants was aged between 15 and 18 some of whom was disadvantages socioeconomically and come from different cultures.Our project partners was Turkey, Portugal, Romania and Poland.
