INTRODUCTION
The starting point of our project was also well explained by the story of the great leader Atatürk: "In education, there is no individual to be ignored" and we believe that each student is special and has different abilities if he / she is well cared for be and correct.
Teachers are the key people who will be largely responsible for this debt!
Through this project we offered a chance to our collegues to have the opportunity to expand their communication skills and problem-solving ability in their relationship with their students. They had the opportunity to see and observe how European colleagues react and their useful educational methods that they use to remove obstacles in the lives of these students.
Our goal was to provide a quality education, inspiring students to reach their full potential and prepare to be responsible citizens.
Our institutional objectives were:
- Development of various teaching methods and teaching materials, including cross-curricular links
- To make learning more attractive
- To strengthen students' learning skills
- Developing knowledge and understanding among young people and education staff about the diversity of European cultures and languages and their values
- Improving the use of digital equipment by students and teachers
- To develop students' vision of the world
- To take full advantage of the quality of class management of other European schools
Working on such a project, all the teachers has learn to create a more relaxed and tolerant learning atmosphere in and outside their schools and these atmosphere are be more suitable to efficient learning which has help their students, in turn, to grow up as responsible, respectful teenagers. Each partner school's teacher has learn a new and different method to deal with different poor opportunity students.Sharing of good practises among from partner schools teachers it made them more confident when they face a similar problem in the future.
