Chapter 1 - Introduction of the Company

The Company where I did my Internship last summer is called "311 Verona". It is located near Verona's University. The Company was once an abandoned industrial site. Now there are about 50 people who work in there. This isn't an ordinary Company: it is a co-working place where professionals, startups, multinationals and young talents can grow. They can also unlock their talents and build business networks that can positively impact society on a global scale.

Chapter 2 - Internship Activities

I started work at 9:00. I did this internship with a friend of mine and we worked together. Our Job consisted of managing the company's social profiles, especially Instagram. We advertised our company by creating Instagram posts and we programmed the entire week's plan. We finished work at 1:00 pm.

Chapter 3 - Reflection of the Internship

In this internship I learned to work in a team and to manage a social profile for a Company. I also learned when to post and how to catch the attention of the general user on Instagram. We had a timeline for our work and we learned to respect it.

Chapter 4 - Conclusion

In conclusion I can say that this experience wasn't too interesting for me. I would have like a different type of job. For example, I would have liked to spend that time with my friends to enjoy the summer or to work on my video projects like "Il Cosmo dei Lupi", a web series that I'm doing with other friends.
