-1 cup of quinoa
-200 gr of black beans
-2 avocados
-2 gherkins
-3 tomatoes
-2 lemons (the juice)
-Coriander to taste
-Olive oil to taste
-Salt and pepper to taste

1. First we will cook the quinoa. Apart
we will cook in beans.
2. Once the ingredients are ready, we
will begin to assemble our salad.
3. In a bold we add the quinoa, the
beans, the diced avocados, the chopped gherkin, the diced tomatoes and the
chopped cilantro.
4. Then on top we add olive oil, salt,
pepper and lemon juice. Everything to taste.
5. Stir very well and serve.

-4 fresh trout.
-Vegetable oil.
-Salt.
-black pepper.
-Lemon.
-1/2 cup of wheat flour.
-1/2 cup cornmeal.

1. The first thing we will do is
clean the trout well, we will remove the scales and any trace of blood. We
reserve
2. Next we will put a pot with
regular oil and let it heat up to be able to fry the trout.
3. In a container we are going to
combine the wheat flour with the corn flour. Reserve
4. Next we are going to salt and
pepper the fish on both sides, then we will walk it through the flour covering
both sides with flour. We shake to remove the excess.
5. Then we will fry the trout in the
hot oil for approximately 5 or 6 minutes over medium heat until they are
golden.
6. Serve the trout accompanied
by golden potatoes and a salad. You can also decorate with a few slices of
