What Does Moral Leadership Mean???

How I demonstrate Morale Leadership is I am a good leader, and I have good morals; I know what is right and wrong for me to do. I can guide people to success, and I encourage them to do their best work and help them achieve that goal.

How you can demonstrate Moral Leadership is you can lead others to success, with your morals of right and wrong.

And you can encourage them to do their best work, have good collaboration and inspire your peers.

Moral Leadership means a leader's behaviour that shows and demonstrates high virtues, self-discipline and helpfulness towards others. But if you break it down it means so much more.

Moral is a persons standards of behaviour of ideas concerning what is and is not okay and acceptable for them to do.

Leadership is many things it can be the actions of leading a group or someone, or collaboration with others and inspiring them to do their best work.

Having a pledge is being a good moral leader
Being A Moral Leader is like a mountainous journey.

The story begins with the dinosaurs Merayld and his friend Herald being in a strange place after being swept away in a storm flood. Herald is upset and doesn't know what to do. But Merayld comes up with a plan to get them back to their home in El Dorado.

"Don't worry Herald I got a plan for us to get home."

"What's wrong Herald?"

"How are we going to get home Merayld?"

They arrived at the store and Herald said that they should just go into the store and act like they were lost and had brought everything they took. But Merayld said that they were taught about morals and being a leader and setting a good example by doing the right things, despite the situation they are in. Merayld is leading his little brother back home to their town El Dorado

"We need to pay for them. We need to follow the morals that she taught us and know what is right and what isn't, so we have to figure out how to pay."

"Hey, Merayld why do we have to pay for the things why can't we get them, and walk out acting like we lost our parents and need to get out?"

Merayld and Herald after they got their supplies with the bit of money they had after they talked about morals. They started to go down the road to their home; they chatted about what they couldn't wait to do when they got home. But then a T-rex named Berayld showed up and tried to trick Merayld into leading his brother down a dark path and doing something against their morals.

"Hello, boys! How would you like to go and steal something from the velociraptors for me? They took my prized possession (that I may have stolen) and I want it back and you guys loo like you would help me"

"I know Herald, same here. Wait . . . who is that it looks like a T-Rex and he is coming towards us I hope he is friendly."

"Merayld I can't wait to get home and be with Mom and Dad again. But one thing I don't think I will ever do again when I get home is going outside when Mom said not to, especially when it is storming."

RUN HERALD RUN!!!

Merayld refused saying he was not going to take something from someone especially if they want to steal it; and said he was not going to lead his brother into something bad like that and be a bad example. He thought quickly and distracted him and took off down the road to his home.

" I think we lost him. But now we got to go back home I see it in the distance. (said Merayld with a hopeful gleam in his eye)"

"GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE . . . !!!!!"

"Yeah, I think I see it too. I am so excited to get home he really scared me, and I appreciate it for standing up for me."

Merayld and Herald found their village and no one was around the village. They searched around and found that they had continued searching for them. But Merayld and Herald went to go find them and let them know they were alright, but before then they talked about the lesson learned for MORAL LEADERSHIP. And they learned that they helped each other by LEADING each other on to get home and didn't listen to the T-Rex do something even though they knew it was wrong and they followed their MORALS.

"WE DID IT HERALD!!! We made it back home."

" You were right we made it back home safe and sound. But we have to find mom and dad."

Merayld and Herald went into the woods and saw their parents calling their names, "Merayld!!!", "Herald!!!". Then the boys called back to them. They turned around and tears came to their eyes. They talked about how they used their Moral Leadership to get back to their home with them.

"Merayld, Herald how did you guys get home? You are so young we thought you would never be able to get home on your own."

"We were looking for you everywhere after the storm hit and swept you away, we thought we had lost you."

"Mom, Dad we used what you had taught us about Moral Leadership to guide us and do what was right all the way back home."

"Yeah, we used our wits to escape the evil T- Rex, Berayld on the way home. We knew we were close when he was around because we knew he stayed close to our village."

Winston Churchill

and how he showed Moral Leadership

Winston Churchill - How he demonstrated Morals as he stood in the face of Germany, and when his country of England was under attack. And on the verge of collapsing under Nazi Germany's rule, he stood fast. He did good for his country instead of running and he had a good moral code as well. His Moral Code was "standing boldly in defense of right against injustice and aggression." according to The Churchill Project. He also had good morals because he was able to stand fast and be able to do something good even though he could have run as that would have been a bad thing as he was in the British Army.
