Deer and Friends

Somewhere in the forest that was as green as a leaf ,near a big blue lake, four animals named Bird, Turtle, Deer, and Mouse. They all lived together in a dead tree trunk that was big as a one person house in peace and quiet. One day a hunter came to kill animals and have them for dinner. So the four friends try to get away from the big and bad hunter.

One day when bird was flying through the soft air he saw a man with traps and a gun. In the air Bird yelled,
“IT’S A HUNTER!” “HE ENTERED THE FOREST.”
So Bird turns around as fast as a cheetah and heads back to their home to warn his animal friends.

When he get to his home he sit down on a log as small as a stick. Bird calls Turtle, Mouse, and Deer to sit with him.
“Everyone I saw a hunter enter the forest, well I was flying around the beautiful lake. He is going to set up traps everywhere so be care full.” said, Bird.
Deer cut in, “How close is he to are home?”
Bird say, “ Not that far Deer.”

After, Bird talked to everyone (which was like an hour)they all when on their own to try to find dinner for themself. After they all got food to eat, the sky became as dark as the color black. When they got back Mouse, bird, and Turtle fell right to sleep. The next Morning Mouse noticed that Deer was not in his bed. So, He woke everyone up and exclaimed,
“Guys Deer is missing he was not in his bed!”

“Maybe, Deer went on a early morning walk?” Said Turtle.
“No something is wrong.” Said Mouse.
The friends decided that if Deer does not come back in ten minutes they will go looking for him.

When all of them got there, they found Deer laying on the floor trap in one of the hunters trap that was as sharp as a bears claws. Then Deer turned around and said, “Guys get my out here please, the hunter is coming!”

Then the ten minutes passed. So they all got up and headed out. “ I will lead us to go find Deer.” said Bird. It has been 20 minutes since they left their home to go looking for Deer. A noise came from the north of the forest that was as loud as a lion raur. “That sounds like Deer!” said Mouse. So they all ran as fast as they could to where they heard the noise.

So they got Turtle out of the trap, Deer picked him up and put him on his back. Also, Mouse climbed up his back. They all ran back to their home, while Bird flew home like an angel in the sky.

It took a lot of work to get Deer out of the sharp trap, but they did it. Right when Deer was free about 20 feet the hunter was walking to get the animal that was caught in his trap. Then turtle drops his piece that he was holding to get Deer out, and then they all heard turtle scarem, “OOOoaachh”

When they got home it was dark like a black cat’s fur.Mouse and bird helped Deer and Turtle get on the bed so they could put band aid around their wounds. After, Mouse and Bird finished with wrapping the band aids on Deer’s and Turtle’s legs. They all said good night and got some rest.

In the morning Bird asked Deer, “How did you get stuck in the hunter’s trap any way?”
“Well I saw this juicy papaya on this tree that had no leaves. So I grabbed it, but when I was about to leave I felt this sharp pain in my right upper leg like something was grabbing at me. When I looked down I saw that I was stuck in one of the hunter’s traps.”
“Wow!” said, Bird

“Well that was a lot that you when thought yesterday Deer.”
“Yeah” said, Deer.
When they finished their conversation Mouse asked, “if they wanted to go look for breakfast. They all agreed. So, they headed out the door that looked like a tree truck.

When they got outside Bird said, “Let’s all stick together.”
“Ok” said, Deer
All four animals walked to their favorite tree where there was always some fruit that was as sweet as a pineapple. This time when they got there all of the tree branch had so much fruit hanging on to the banchs.
